VINCI Facilities secures a place on the Procure Plus Framework

Procure Plus has appointed VINCI Facilities to its multimillion pound Construction framework.
 
Procure Plus, formerly known as GM Procure is a non profit regeneration company representing a consortium of social housing providers with housing stock across the North West of England. VINCI Facilities secured a significant number of the lots available, demonstrating: its competitiveness, customer focus and commitment to sustainable practices particularly around empowering residents with opportunities, to improve their skills and increase their chances of finding employment.
 
In securing its place on the four year framework, VINCI Facilities along with other contractors will provide planned works, and void works to over 195, 000 homes in the Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lanacshire area and Cumbria.
 
Commenting on the successes Tony Ford, Operations Director said:
