Technology Centre team member becomes a registered Low Carbon Consultant

Principal Consultant, Ian Smith has recently qualified as a Low Carbon Consultant.

This enables the Technology Centre to assess the energy performance of commercial buildings for Building Regulations (Part L2) and to produce Energy Performance Certificates, EPCs (up to Level 5) using the CLG approved Dynamic Simulation Model (DSM) EDSL Tas.

This adds value to our energy focused, sustainability offer.
