Diesel Awards Contract to VINCI Facilities European Operation

VINCI Facilities has secured another important contract win in Benelux with the award of the FM contract by Diesel. Under the agreement, VINCI Facilities will deliver a range of integrated facilities services across nine stores and three head office buildings.

Following a competitive dialogue, benchmarked against several competitors, VINCI Facilities was successful in securing the contract; demonstrating their ability to manage day to day issues, legacy contracts, introduce real time reporting, deliver economies of scale and overall cost reduction.

VINCI Facilities was also chosen for their approach to commercial management, which included a mechanism for linking payment to performance measured against a balanced score card.

Diesel is a young fashion brand with stores in every major fashion city, providing cutting edge, high quality clothing and apparel to international consumers.
