Best employer accolade for VINCI

VINCI Construction UK has appeared in 4th position in Building magazine’s Good Employer Guide and is the only contractor to have made it to the top five out of a total of 120 entrants.

The prestigious Building Good Employer Guide identifies and showcases the very best companies to work for in the construction industry based on key factors such as employee benefits, diversity and leadership.

Judging this year’s entries was a panel of industry experts including Rachel Done, Deputy Director of the UK Contractors Group and Graham Watts, Head of the Construction Industry Council alongside Building Editor Tom Broughton.
VINCI Construction UK stood out for its commitment to opening up opportunities in construction through its unique partnership with the Construction Youth Trust, The Prince’s Trust and the Duke of Edinburgh Award called Stand Out, Make a Difference.

Commenting on the achievement, Colin Jellicoe, Group HR Director said: “This is fantastic news. The people who work for our business are amongst the very best in the industry, and our position as the top placed contractor is testament to their quality.”
